Never received portraits, poor customer service, rude employees

Lifetouch support to get photo’s are terrible. I had been not able to purchase my daughter’s drop college images online since I didn’t possess a image/face ID#, or entry rule, but may purchase a Disc from their website. I requested the image Disc in December and was designed to obtain it within 6 weeks…. Never had acquired it. I named them-and they stated they delivered it however they shipped it out again…. Only for me personally to hold back another 6 months for this, I ultimately obtained it in March. Subsequently for that spring photo’s, I requested them at first of March…. I never received them. I called-up a (who had been really rude) plus they stated I ought to have obtained it by March 23rd, therefore they are resending them again. I'm not longer purchasing my childis college images from Lifetouch – 3 times they screw-up the orders-this school-year isn't worth the full time waiting and money, you will find definitely better SKILLED better photography providers available for less time and money.
