Lied, stole money, mislead client, ignored calls gave inappropriate information, passive attitude

Mr Beale took my complaint, told me he could help me, never contacted me, never contacted the party involved, mislead my case which turned out to be a removal case not a criminal case. Told me in front of my civilain union representative that he was not a government lawyer and could not help me and charged me 2,500 dollars for nothing. Said he had no experience in government cases and I needed to get a employment lawyer. Should have told me up front there were no criminal charges filed and to return if there were. Accepted my money and did absolutely nothing to help my case.
