ISP is Tiggee LLC Stole money out of my account

Hi On April 20 I was on facebook and noticed an auction site advertised. It looked interesting so I clicked on it savebig.com it said 20 free bids so i filled out the information it asked for my credit card # i thought it was just for confermation then all of the suden they took $99.00 from my bank I used a debit card. Not a credit card. I imeadiatly tried suport and askd for my mony back. They have not contacted me at all. I called the phone # 877-908-1713 that is just a call center and they were jerks they said to go a head and call back every 5 min. If i wanted to I could not get but $50.00 dollars back. They refused to give me a direct line or even talk with their manager. They are Asktelemarketers Rachel is who I talked to. The ISP is Tiggee llc out of Maryland.
