SM and CSM accuse me of taking a giftcard along side threatening to stop me from the shop. They both determined these werenot likely to assist me due their "ideas" so that they had me watch for an hour or so while they lay within the monitoring space attempting to develop an agenda to show I had been laying. Meanwhile, the CSR that originally assisted me turned up in the Customer Support region (where we were waiting) and that I described the problem to her and he or she decided that she did place both dealings on a single card. And so I questioned if she might proceed within the space where both supervisors were to see them that she set both dealings on a single giftcard and never two (that they charged me of getting two). Therefore she did precisely that so when both supervisors understood these were within the wrong had the nerve to deliver the CSR back again to the Client Support table and swipe to giftcards. They both subsequently arrived and also the SM strolled right past people and did not say something and also the CSR arrived and stated they "amazingly" discovered another giftcard. I informed her she was laying and viewed the CSR emerge and swipe both cards to create it seem they discovered it and was not likely to remain another time to possess them develop another rest. And so I had her backup all bills and quit the shop. Because of the area where this happened (Customer Support region with 10 cameras) and also the bills showing they lied and embarrassed me before many clients, I will show that both SM and CSR confirmed no ethics with how they managed the problem but additionally set a poor instance before many CSRis in displaying them just how to handle customers generally which have a scenario like mine.
