Bad customer service

We'd never completed company together nevertheless when they named us and requested to get a benefit we decided on a cost and stated ok. Horizon Shipping requested that people "please" maintain a delivery for them over per week finish so they might make another shipping. After months of not spending we stated Ok what about 50% of what we decided on, thatis much better than nothing right, nicely after 2 weeks they nevertheless haven't compensated that... So much for carrying out a benefit having a stanger. Today they'llnot contact us back.
