I was talked into investing $2300.00 as Simplicity Realty 1 guarenteed to lower my mortgage
P I to an exact amount, and if that amount was not reached I would be 100% refunded the money I invested. Well needless to say, six months have gone by and nothing has been done to improve my loan. My calls and e-mails to their company are almost never returned. I need to be refunded the money I spent.
