Has refused to grant me a refund

I put an order with Millennium Picture on Aug. 1. Once the products were still on backorder in November, I chose to stop the purchase. Ever since then I've created more than 15 telephone calls towards the organization, and invested countless time-on the telephone waiting to obtain through. I've quit messages for administrators who've not worried to come back my calls. I've repeatedly requested that my cash be returned however it hasn't however arrived through though it hasbeen 4 weeks. I approached the BBB and submitted a together but the organization nevertheless hasn't answered though it hasbeen over per month. The organization owes me over $100.00. On my phone today I questioned when the organization was still running a business??? I can not observe how the corporation continues to be working with this specific kind of customer support???
