Unauthorized charge

Very disappointed with this company. I entered their 18-day free trial for a wrinkle cream, but didn't recieve the package until the 15th day. I called for an extension, 'Van' said she would not charge my credit card until May 5th. I called today (4-18) to cancel because the cream rolled up on my face and fingers like cottage cheese, very weird. Angelica said my account was charged on 4/17, they didn't honor my extension.

I talked to her supervisor Kenny, he said I would be refunded. It could take 30 days for the credit to appear on my card. If the credit doesnt appear by April 22nd, I'm going to file a dispute with my credit company (you have about a 5-day window to do this). My card company will issue a credit to me for the $74.95 and contact Radialalabs for an explanation. I suggest you do this too if you run into problems with them.
