Sang Youl Son, Owner A Customer's Worse Nightmare!

I was a regular customer getting my alterations done here. On my last alteration, the seamstress made a serious mistake on my evening dress. She took my measurements in the store, pinned my dressed w / safety pins. It was supposed to be 3 inches cut. A few days later she called me to ask me how many inches I wanted altered. Wow! That meant she didnt write down my measurements. When I spoke to her, she told me she had already sent the dress out for alteration for 8 inches. When I told the Owner, Sang - he accused me of lying and laughed. You would think all the times I've gotten service here, my word would mean something. Make a long story short, he refused to credit me for my dress that was ruined. My dress looks like a blouse now. I would definetely not recommend this company to anyone. Please spread the word. Anyone else out there had a bad experience w / them?
