Quality Spy Earpieces but Poor Service

I ordered the spy earpiece from gsm-earpiece.com, and they promised it to be delivered within 2-3 days. I waited 4!!! Then i called them and they explained that they had some issues with PayPal system. We agreed on another 2 days, but nothing!!! Finally, I opened a dispute on PayPal and asked them to pay back. They immediately returned my money, which is the only positive moment in our cooperation!
