4months delivery and very bad service

I've had an extremely poor encounter with KAIZEN BONSAI Ltd.in Britain (a business promoting bonsais and bonsai resources)

I'v requested a couple of things from their website in the center of January, part of it I acquired without any issue in about 3 months, but 2 things that were sold-out used to do not. I waited for around per month and sent the woman within the organization.in the first phase she was stating that anything was published and authorized for what exactly do I'd like in a fashion that I'm laying therefore abandon her alone? I got pissed off since she didn't publish me a bonsai software for more than 40 pounds and a factor so we're referring to 50 pounds below. Ultimately she discovered my purchase and established that I'm however due the things however they are sold-out, and so I need to delay another 14 days that we did. Within the 14 days period I acquired a contact from her that she published it. I had been waiting per month again and nothing occurred, and so I did consult her again, where the package were. She delivered it to my previous target.

Firstly it got her an additional month to post it, and he or she was obviously accusing the irish and british article, subsequently she published it to my previous tackle and undoubtedly I still have not got them.

After I got onto them-and requested them to publish the things in my experience in per week period they declined it and just offered me the reimbursement.

And today here we're 1st of may and that I do not have the things I've requested.

When you can find another company to order from please do this since kaizen bonsai isn't a trusted company whatsoever and they'll hold your money for over 4 weeks. And undoubtedly they know nothing about customer support.
