Please Do Not Buy From Them! I ordered a bonsai tree from them. They did not give me a delivery date so I emailed asking for one. No response! I was charged for the tree, it was never sent Martinsburg West Virginia

I purchased a bonsai tree from the online company called "Zen of Bonsai". I noticed immediately that they did not give me a delivery date after purchasing, so I emailed asking for delivery information. No response. I emailed again a week or so later. No response. My bank account showed that I had been debited for the charge of the tree two days after purchase. I called multiple times over the course of several weeks. I received no response from Zen of Bonsai. This purchase was for a birthday gift and that made it equally frustrating. I have since had to make a fraud charge with my bank. They say I will have to wait several weeks for the outcome of the investigation.
