All direct tv companies are rip offs

Direct tv is a rip off... They never get their billing right and when you ask for a manager they just put you on hold forever. They say there are certain companies under direct tv but bottom line is they are all rip offs. Phone number 1800-531-5000 is full of unknowledged workers that arent professional and have no clue what they are talking about. I am definitely cancelling my contract regardless of the price. Each month my bill goes up an additional $5.00 and I was tricked when I signed up and given false info. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
