5 years of rhapsody & counless issues, newest (3) isn't having the ability to make use of the audio we're spending money on! They're focusing on it - thats the robo-e-mails we return from our grievances. We've Sansa mp3is and we're unable to access all of the songs we've placed on them! Their only repair might consider people weeks to complete, to change each and every melody to a different structure, singly-one at the same time! We're speaking near 1,000 tunes - I just want I'd that much spare time! Calls are to India, requires hours & yet no benefits. They provide 8 weeks liberated to new clients, but wont provide us something to be down for 5 months. Bad, almost non-existant support, and a lot of technological mistakes.
