Is a fake company ripoff my money throught paypal, the order never sent 322401, they event never reply customer email

On Tuesday 29 March
I'm ordering item amount of 460 dollars using paypal.
Order Number: 322401
Till today after more than a week, i still did not get any information regarding my order.
Fspilotshop did not even response my email through their ticket system.
Paypal already charge me and i'am still didnt get any information regarding my packages.
FSPILOTSHOP.com is a fake system and it doing fraud.
