Ripoff everytime i called to cancel they said their computers where down

I was actually dumb enough to apply w/o researching first. I tried to call and cancell today, which is the day after i applied and everytime i call, they tell me their computers are down. I doubted them at first but the whole "improve your credit" thing got me. I figured i'd be able to cancell but now i am stuck. If u are one of those in my position. First thing u do is call your bank and put a freeze on your account or block all automated withdrawals... Then send them a certified letter of cancellation. If u do speak w / someone, MAKE SURE YOU GET THEIR NAME!!! To the rest of you. Good luck. If anyone knows how we may be able to shut this company dow... OR TAKE SOME KIND OF ACTION...
