Oliver Kellman markets himself as a DC lobbyist with significant connections. He is a traditional hustler who uses women as fronts, hosts parties where he pimps hookers and has amazingly avoided a significant law suit in the DC court system. Nonetheless, he has had over 14 cases filed against him in the court system, a variety of charges including small claims to soliciting hookers. He switched parties when the democratic party filed a suit against him.
He claims to have worked all over Capitol Hill; but anyone can google his income and he's only had one four month job on Hill 2004.
He runs his 'business' out of a run down home on U street, has pit bulls surrounding his house and has his homeless women 'interns' drive him around.
He regularly solicits potential clients for everything including restaurant bills, clubbing in exchange for offering up women.
He and his brother Karl-who works out of New York-are involved in all kinds of fronts including but not limited to illegal arms running, cement, a Broadway play called 'Grumpy Old Men'-all fronts scamming business partners.
