Phoenix Az carpet cleaning pet urine scam

I received a flyer in the mail for 3 rooms for $99.00. And pet urine guaranteed. I called the To ask questions and schedule possibly. I told her the carpets had just been done 5 months ago but i had an old cat that is not longer with me that had peed on the carpet in my roonm. She said that i could not have just my room done it had to be the 3 room minumim and they can treat my room for the pet urine. When i told her the size of my room she said it should not be over a gallon of pruduct used in there for sure. So it would be the 99.00 plus the gallon so about $165.00 should do it. She told me to pick 2 other rooms also before they come.
The day they were suppsed to come they called they were running late and wanted to reschedule for an hour later i could not do it so we scheduled the next day.
The next day when they arrived and were doing it all my son called me and said "i thought you said 165.00 they are telling me $288.00" i said no freekin way. Why? He said here talk to the guy. He gets on the phone and says first of all we are all done and it is 288.00. I said why so much? He said the 3 rooms for 99.00 plus the pet urine was 2 gallons at 65.00 plus we did a high traffic area cleaning so it is 288.00 I said my room is small like 12X12 area for cleaning how the heck did you use 2 gallons. He said mam you had alot of urine and we used 2 gallons. I said that is bull no way. This is a total scam it was no way that bad and you guys are crazy. And i hung up on them. My son paid them and i called the office and told them everything and they said they would check into it but they were told that is how much product they used and there was not a whole lot i could do about it. Thye said the good side is they gurantee the work so they will come back out if they need to until the issue is fixed. I got home that night i could not sleep in my room for 4 days because of the smell. I called the office an they told me it was the product breaking down the enzimes and that it could take awhile to work depending on how bad the urine was. 6 days from the day they cleaned we left on vaction and i closed that door and opened the window and left the ceiling fan on. We were gone for 11 days. When we came back it was just as bad if not worse i called and said you have to get back out here and fix this. They came out 2 days later. This time he goes in with a black light and says see all this urine everywhere it is all being urinated on again. Wow no way could that be happening i dont have the cat any more. He says i dont care what you say it is being urinated on again. I said you did not do the black light to show me you got it all last time and there is no way it is being urinated on again. They never did the black light before they started last time and never did the black light afterwards to show they got it all either. And now they want an additional 250.00 to fix the problem. This place is a total rip off. What a scam they have going on.
