ConsumerInfo.com I just discovered that I have been charged every month for the last four years for a one-time credit report I requested in 2007!

In October I contacted CreditReport.com for a one-time credit report on behalf of a woman I was thinking of renting an apartment from. I had no idea that I was going to be charged every month for 3 and 1/2 years! This is the second time in the last 6 months that my bank account has been overdrawn and I did not know why. Today (3-27) I was going over my bank statement and found a $19.95 withdrawal by CreditReport.com. I called the company to find out why I had been charged. That is when I learned that I have been charged every single month since September for a credit check I knew nothing about. The customer service representative had an email address listed for me that has never belonged to me. When I gave her my correct email address, she updated it in the system, completely wiping out the old email address she had so there is no way I can prove that I have been charged month after month, year after year without my knowledge. I never received one receipt or letter from CreditCheck.com. I am a single mother with two disabled children and no job, and now I find out that CreditReport.com has been feeding off my meager bank account like a blood sucking leach. Please help me!
