Fast Fix Jewelry horrible jewelry "repair" abusive customer service

This "repair" shop is a scam. The work is not up to par. When dropping off my items, there was a customer fighting with the owner - I should have run then! She was complaining about what was soon to happen to me!

I dropped off some jewelry for service. The work was awful and broke immediately; the gold was too soft and the craftsmanship was a joke.

When I took it back, the owner yelled at me, broke the rest of the items, accused me of breaking them on purpose, and refused to fix them or give me back my money. I had a receipt!

I have reported this to the better business bureau. But, buyers beware! This place is absolutely awful. Not only was the work a total waste, I lost 200 dollars and was treated like a criminal by the very unprofessional owner.
Anyone needing jewelry repair should stick with a chain. They will stand by their work.
