Jorge Rodriguez Scam Artist that offered no contract, liar, unethical

I purchased an olde english bulldogge puppy from TX Geez last August. After the terms were agreed upon and I was promised a contract and papers two weeks after I received the dog all my calls, texts, and emails went unanswered. It wasn't until my pup was about 7 months old when I posted a picture of him on a popular enthusiast message board that I received a nasty email from Jorge Rodriguez saying I had no papers and couldn't use him as a stud and that I was not to post any pictures or comments from that point on. I sent Jorge an email apologizing and also saying that i didn't mean to offend him but that he never sent me a contract and that I as well had felt taken advantage of. He told me I would never get papers or a contract for the price I paid (which happens to be as much if not more than 3/4 of the dogs being sold with breeding rights and contracts). I then said if he was that intent on me not having rights I should have been given a contract with specific terms stating such intentions. Needless to say I will need to take Jorge to court if I really want the dogs paperwork and despite his constant threats he has no proof of these agreed terms other than saying that me offering money for the paperwork is proof. Really I figured offering him money is cheaper than going to court and maybe that would settle things on good terms.

Jorge also admits to selling the dog i initially agreed to purchase to his friend for a higher price and because it did not have a hernia. You can see this on the ground pounderz message board under the title "Contracts?" Here's the post:

Well thats why he was offered to you at a lower price. You said you were gonna have him nuetered so you should have gotten the hernia problem fixed then. My "Buddy" paid full price so he got the other dog and its none of your bussiness by the way...

Again this coward seems to think that I am a scam artist because I was able to negotiate the dog for less then it was offered at something that I'm sure always happens. The main point is that if you are looking to buy a dog or puppy, don't buy it from TEXAS GEEZ or Jorge Rodriguez because you never know what you'll get. Or make sure to take an attorney with you and demand a contract before hand. Unfortunately being a college student and not really educated on the business I assumed he was ethical and would handle it in a professional way which is not even close to what has happened.

His dogges are also not pets or family/home dogges. They are kept outside in pens no matter the weather. There are also numerous prior customers of his that have received dogges that had to be returned something I did not have the luxury of because I was not given a contract.
