Puppy galaxy sold us a sick english bulldog puppy. Three days after getting the puppy we discoverd she got cherry eye which we know is not covered in the guarentee.
When we took the puppy to the Vet for the second time they did x-rays before doing surgery to fix the cherry eye and discovered that she had 2 heredity birth defects. The vet discovered that her airway was entirely to small and that the palate in here throat was to large.
The airway problem is something that can not be fixed and the vet said that it could greatly shorten her life span. She will not be able to run and play like other dogs and will have more trouble breathing than normal, she will also have problems swallowing as well.
The palate problem is something that could be fixed but at great cost and there is no guarentee that the dog would make it through the surgery due to her undersized airway.
We were not able to get her cherry eye fixed either because she could not go through surgery.
After speaking to Jorge Pulecio the owner of puppy galaxy he assured us he would replace the puppy for free and all we would have to pay is shipping.
We discovered this on November 21. We sent Jorge all the papers from the Vet as he requested on this day. Today is January 22 this is the 71st day since this happened and we have yet to get a new puppy.
We have sent numerous emails (25) and left several phone messages (15) at the following numbers (305) 677-2075 & (954) 636-2144 and have not heard from Jorge.
Conveniently now Puppy Galaxy web site is down. All we are asking is the Jorge Pulecio of puppygalaxy.com honor the guarentee that was on the web site and replace the puppy.
My kids helped save up their allowance to purchase this puppy and now they have a sick puppy that can not run around and play like others do. We are still waiting to see some pictures from puppygalaxy and Jorge of a litter that we may choose our puppy from as promised weeks ago.
