Awful service

We purchased an entire houseful of Mohawk engineered wood floor from Lowe's. It's terrible. Shade coming off the sides. Top-layer is raising in locations. The panels do not achieve sides of the surfaces or gates in locations. We've pets plus they scratch-it although I cut and document their fingernails every friday. Heaven forbid you-drop anything or leak water. We were informed from the salesman this is the hardest point accessible and also to wet mop it. We discover after needing to get an inspector since Mohawk and Lowe's state it is all our problem the ground is poor that you'renot designed to wet mop with water-but utilize their chemical solution. Do not purchase this floor it isn't for actual individuals with actual lives.
