Pasta Boat Shipping Nightmare

Ordered the Pasta Boat and my credit card was charged on 2/25. They said it would be 2 to 3 weeks until I received it. On March 21, I receive an email saying they just shipped it and it would be another 2 to 3 weeks until I receive it. They didn't waste any time charging my credit card, but seem reluctant to send me my product. No notice of back-order was ever received if this was the problem. I just hope the product lives up to it's advertisement.
