Safety issue with carts

I've sent corporate concerning the subsequent problem and had numerous discussions about the telephone using the store-manager. I've a sizable family. I use Walmartis orange variable-traveler carts for my three youngest kids. Walmart on AppleGlen Blvd in Fort Wayne, IN has these carts. Both chairs for my youngsters are designed to have security buckles and straps. All the carts buckles and straps have been in need of fix. Not really a simple one is secure for my kids to experience in. My spouse and that I are compelled to drive two carts round the shop to complete our food shopping and that's a sizable trouble. After I talked using the store-manager, he assured me the problem could be solved and also the straps and buckles could be changed within fourteen days. This discussion happened before Holiday 2010. It is today nearly the finish of March plus they are still damaged. After I sent corporate, they submitted my mail towards the store-manager and nothing was completed. I'd invest over $1500 per month on food, apparel, diapers, etc at Walmart. I've ceased buying at Walmart and today store at Meijer. I'm REALLY dissatisfied in Walmart and also the method they are doing business.
