Ralph G. Henderson Identity Theft - Slander - False Representation - Attempted Larceny

This individual represents himself as a, "debt collection agency, " stating he works with other companies to assist in resolving and collecting unpaid invoices. This individual has various addresses, and is believed to have a remote office in no specific location, but will advertise himself as a, "Beverly Hills Business." As of the date this report was written, no website was available and stated it was under construction. He often blocks his number as restricted.
He has falsely identified himself as the president of our company to our clientele and requested that all payments due to the company be directed to him. He received a payment from our company and never reported it to the business he was collecting for, instead may have pocketed the money.
This individual claims he has, "staff, and his people, " working for him, but no other person has been spoken to besides himself. He is harassing and will send hundreds of emails, faxes and text messages to get whatever information he can from any company. It is the simple opinion that this individual may be a con artist and has been reported to the FBI, SSA and FTC regarding his attempts to aquire our payments for purposes unknown and false representation as the president of our company.
