US Live Rock LLC Ordered product, manager does not want to respond to any communication email or phone calls

Ordered live rock from this company, if you can call it a company. And they took the payment off of my credit card immediately after the order process. Owner says that the product has been shipped but still yet after numerous phone calls and email still can't provide a tracking number for the product or even a payment confirmation.
I contacted Federal Express about the issue today and the had stated that nothing had been shipped from that address that they could tell without having any tracking information.
