Cancelled order and 8 months later they have not refunded my $773.00

I ordered PODS and then cancelled the order. They promised to refund my money less $150 fee, of which has never been refunded as of March. They charged$778.88 on my account on 8/19/10. Now in March 15th I still have no refund... So unbelievable, if I had not reviewed my bank statements recently I would never have found this discretion. How many others have been cheated by this large company? How many others have assumed it would have been credited?

They are rude and inconsiderate, so awful that I cannot believe it. I just got hung up on tonight by someone whom I had requested to send me in writing that a credit would be issued.
