How is this company still operating?

I want to join the "club" of complaints with this so called company... Anyone reading about KB promotions and the complaints... Are all TRUE! I actually work there now and will be quiting tomorrow... I have worked all over and have been in some hairy situations with companies... Lying cheating stealin, ect... But this on takes the cake!!! I will do anything in my power to get them shut down for what they do to people who need some money and work and just steal from the employees who are already really hurting! These people in charge in my opinion are the scum of the earth. Everything is a secret or twisted so you do not know how much you are making! It is sad... Ive been there 5 days and still am not sure how many hours im getting paid for... What sales i get commisons on and how much i actually am going to make per hour if i dont get sales... I am somewhat of a passive person with some things but this company is way to much... How would u like to work for 35 hours a week make them $3000 in sales in that week and only make $150 for your pay because they lie and give you some bullshit reason that they have to penalize you for some bullsh*. F*k them!!! Thats all i have to say
