Billing Assistant $29.95 unauthorized charge to my checking account? This company had my checking account number without my authorization. I don't know how they got it?

I don't know how this company got my name and account number and charged my bank $29.95. I called the customer service number and they assured a credit to my checking account within 10 days. It's been over 30 days and no credit. This company sent me an email to confirm that a credit to my account was on the way??? No!!!
