Electronic Check from my account. Never used this site

While checking my bank account I realized there was a charge on my account that I did not make. Luckily it was an electronic check that had the business name, BBU Interservices, and phone number. I called to inquire about the type of business it was and quickly found out it was a provided for adult websites.

While they offered to refund the $29.95 I still want to pursue this. They obviously know who used our routing number and checking account to make this purchase but refused to tell me. They referred me to billingassistance.net. After logging on to their account I found a phone number... That was not good. The number was no longer in service and no further info available. I sent an email but skeptica about a reply.

I will be contacting my bank, the Texas Attorney General's Office, and the local police department.

This company has to do a better job of helping people find these scammers... Just offering the refund is not enough. Someone out there has access to our bank account.
