Bad Quality Batchtub Reglze

I got a tub reglaze for $379 which included stripping the old paint from a porcelain tub. The technician promised to return to "wet sand' the finish if it felt gritty which it did the next day. After numerous calls/emails to the company to finish the work. They have a BBB symbol on their web site (http://renewitusa.com) so I filed a BBB complaint. They supposedly have a 5 year warranty on their work but they don't care about their customers. I plan to use "miracle method" to redo what this company did.
