Selling goods they don’t actually have

On 25 January I requested anything from Gear4Music.com plus they offered a shipping day of 2 February. They've since sent me twice to express that there’s an issue using the shipping also it happens they don’t have what I requested in-stock. I've taken time-off function to hold back for something which they don’t have and that I genuinely believe that that is fraudulent. I'd highly recommend against purchasing something from Gear4 Music.com because they be seemingly ineffective.
