You think she ate it?

I went into the store to prepay for my gas. When I got to my car I realized that the clerk had not given me the speedy reward card so I went back in. I asked her, and she denied it. Then the manager came over and said, I found out this speedy reward card, could it be this one? I asked, how could you have found it so fast if I just paid for the gas? He said I found it on the ground outside the store. Just now? I asked. He said no. Then it is not mine I said. What happened to it, she didn't give it back to me. He then said, what do you think she did with it, eat it?

How rude!!! Instead of apologizing and moving his ass to find it, he asked, You think she ate it? Since when do managers as part of their job have to be so rude?
