No product or visa credit

I put an order on 8.27.10 with Millennium Picture for picture photos. After I did not obtain requested item, I named Millennium to confirm purchase. They stated my products were backordered and also to check back. While products nevertheless weren't obtained on 11.1.10, I named Millennium again. They stated products however backordered and so I ended my purchase. Nevertheless, I still haven't obtained a credit to my Credit by 3.10.11! Their computers are "usually along." Credit won't return my cash ($100) since I'm outside their 120 document a challenge screen.

Millennium still sends me e-mail ads offering their latest purchase (that we've been keeping).

CENTURY PHOTO IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! They're taking orders for products they can't offer! Plus they don't return ended orders!!! I've documented and preserved all communication together.
