Ought a coat november 20. For my daughter. The buttons were falling off already in december. I phoned the store, the young girl said she would tell the boss. She said maybe you could take it too our tailors. So i left my number the boss never called me back. So i finally went there March 8. The boss was in the store. So i explained to her all the buttons have been falling non stop, she said i cant do anything about it. She said you have to change your tires. She said sew them. I have non stopped been sewing them since i bought the jacket. I explained we lost alot of the buttons, i asked if we can order them from the company. She said no i cant do that. You dont expect me to order from the company the buttons. She said we cant do anything about it. Not even offering me to pay for repairs. I left very disappointed, i have my original receipt with me, but that didnt matter. She just said we cant do anything about it.
