A BAD Haircut for the dog, and then yelling at you for telling her!

A very nice website with pictures of dogs before and after grooming, but she would not want a picture of our dog, before and after. We did tell her to cut his hair short, but she did not ask how short. He went from looking like a minature sheepdog to a mexican hairless. He has razor burns on his stomach and under his neck with blood showing from the cuts.

When my wife called to complain about the grooming, she was yelled at over the phone in a most unpleasant way. Not an apology that she was unhappy that we did not like the haircut. We were not looking for money back, or of course there is not a way she could correct what was done. But it would have been nice to at least hear some kind of regret on her part.
