Sold our company a faulty engine horrible customer service

We bought a Dt466 from Jasper Engines & Attacks in September for $13,452.00. The Motor had an enormous gas flow from the rest pipe as soon as we began the brand new motor. We approached Jasper instantly plus they informed us to check on a few issues which perhaps the motor needed to be broken-in and never to contact them till it'd 100hrs onto it. The trickle never ceased. They delivered us a brand new motor but never paid people for that r&r and repairs because they assured they'd. This can be a terrible organization to complete business with, they don't uphold there item.
