The organization created over $300 in extra costs to my bank card. A couldn't inform me what these costs were for. I required the costs be acknowledged to my consideration and was informed payment might contact me. That never occurred. I've created numerous calls to XM, a lot of which led to disconnects. I terminated my support but have now been not able to obtain a reimbursement of the overcharges. They likewise have a of changing radio stations identification. I bought a brand new automobile and named to obtain the previous stereo be terminated. I had been informed the brand new automobile had a-3 month free membership. The previous stereo identification was used in the brand new automobile and so I didn't get the a few months free support. This function has nothing related to the overcharges. I'd prefer to understand if anybody has had the organization to small-claims judge, that we am contemplating.
