Their return policy would be to withhold delivery along with a 10% restocking charge and just provide you with shop credit, ACTUALLY FOR AN TRADE! I requested a gown based on their measurement graph also it was too little. They offered me shop credit for $50.00 significantly less than what I taken care of the gown and needed to reorder it, spend top dollar again plus delivery. I'd NOT suggest purchasing from PromGirl.com!
