Did not deliver flowers on the right day and not the one's I ordered

I requested Valentine plants for my MOTHER these were to become shipped the Friday before v day I recived an e-mial inform me the blossoms I requested wasn't available they were delivering another thing. Which wasnot the major problem... The issue was these were not shipped before Mon! Unhappy using the support. Ok today onto the blossoms I received on v day these were dead 24 hours later all fallen more than 2 dozen flowers sort Proflowers the corporation isn't the things they declare to become! Extremely dissatisfied with all the servce and product
