UNDER delivers twice in 1 week!

I applied ProFlowers for that very first time by buying two individual preparations this week; a $70 agreement for my mom-in lawis birthday along with a $50 agreement for my sibling for valentine's (price of agreement alone).

Our first frustration were all of the "hidden costs" just before check out. I anticipated a $9.99 shipping fee, however there is a $2.99 HANDLING CHARGE, and one more $4.99 fee to ensure shipping on v day. TRULY? Today I've to pay for to make sure they appear about the proper day???

I thought an area florist might provide the blossoms... But that's FALSE! The blossoms are delivered in a container and shipped by UPS (WTH?). Yes, in a container; meaning the receiver accounts for placing the agreement together.

The plants were wilted, useless, as well as in my Mom-in lawis terms "seemed pummelled". There isnot the feeling, greenery, or "fluff" that you simply might usually manage dealing with a florist. Also it appeared nothing beats the plants online.

I've NEVER invested so much on such unfortunate blossoms (they really appear frustrated searching)! I have noticed equally preparations and I'm so ashamed. Neither were worth the cash I invested.

If you like blossoms that represent you nicely, don't undergo ProFlowers.
