Major disreprsentation, not at at all as ad describes, major scam

I responded to an ad in the Jackson Free Press to mail brochures from home it said free supplies and guaranteed income. I visited the website listed and decided to spend the $22.00 plus shipping and handling to have there matierals sent to me. I was expecting a box or thick envelope filled with thier brochures what I got was a extremly thin envelope filled with 1 two sided piece of paper telling me how to place a free ad online or post a written ad on bulletin board to get people to send you $4.00 plus a sase (self adressed stamped envelope) and then send them an order form from Advanced Marketing Group Inc. For a home mailer guide. That is not at all what they described in the ad on the website they listed. They say they will refund your money but you have to try thier program first and show them proof that you dont have any suceess. I was going to go back to the website and print a copy of everything to report them to the better business bureau and the website was gone.
