When I ordered flowers for a relative in Manila, Philippines, they promised a delivery date, but it was not delivered on date promised.

I sent the company email that flowers was not received by the recipient. But, all I got was an auto-delivery email that they delivered the flowers on a specified date. No flowers though.

I am requesting for a refund, but no reply.

Definitely, a company put up to rip off consumers.
