I ordered a Plaque, Book with photo cost was $114 back in March of 1009 still haven't gotten it

Back in 2009 we got a nice letter explaining my son could be included in their book of Who's Who. After searching on line and finding it to be a legal thing I ordered a book with the photo of my son along with a Plaque for the cost of $114.00. They cashed my check in March and in Aug when I hadn't gotten it I called and was told it would be late Fall before book would be ready.in Oct I called again and the number has been disconnected and they said on the web site... Due to the current economic conditions that persist today AWWA hass ceased operation, We are working to fill orders as fast as we can. Check back with our web site for more updates. Now the web site is a different Who's Who and as of 2-25 I still haven't been given a refund or any of the things I ordered. I have even contacted the BBB and my complaint has slipped threw the paper works with them even.
