I signed my son up for this due to good grades and as an 8th grade graduation present. Was supposed to get a book and plaque. I sent $114.00 for the Whos Who Registry of Academic Excellenence 2009 Edition (Middle School Edition) back on February 2. Got various feed back from the company Whos Who Publication, LCC stating it would be sent at the end of the summer then another around Christmas and then early January. I have received nothing. I mearly want my money back or if not, I want Gary C. Shirley procecuted for this crime.
