Checking account held hostage

I made purchases thru ebates.com as i have in the past.

This time a hold was put on my account for money owed to merchants. Which i understand to a point.

Once merchants were paid my money should have been released.

It is now five days later still no access to my money. I dont owe for purchases.

Contacted bank, merchants and ebates still waiting for an answer to my money hostage situation.

Help me me release my money.
