CEH Moving, Inc. Are not honest people to deal with. They reassured me when I questioned the application that asked for the weight of my household goods. Charles acknowledged how difficult this was, but told me not to worry about that. He generously offered increased wieght allowance after I sent pictures of my rooms & closets, offering a great deal compared to other companies.
My bill was nearly doubled when my things were picked up the day after I left, upon weighing them!!! I questioned his appraisal by the pictures and that the cargo was not going to be based on weight - completely opposite of what he told me!
Furthermore, they quit returning my calls and emails after delivery and payment except for one acknowledement that their claims company would be in touch once I repeatedly questioned what happened with my report of $300 damages. One year later I have not received any contatct from their "claims company" to reimburse my losses.
Don't use these people... You'll be sorry!
