The Budget Truck that stole my money

I reserved a Budget truck for pick up on Feb 7 for noon, I pick it up around 10-10:30am.in order to reserve the truck I had to give my credit/debit info and a hold for $200.00 would be placed on my account, until I had returned the truck to which I could opt to pay cash. I returned the truck on Tuesday, Feb 8 around the same time and told the guy who's name was John who help me on Monday. I had already filled the tank and wrote the mileage down on the form and of course he comes out and check the truck and ask did I fill it up and I said of couse I did, I circled it onthe form, then that's when he said, "you know what they call that?" and I said, No what do they call that?" and he said, " a smart ASS!" and him and the guy who was gonna take the truck and park it laughed. I didnt think it was funny nor professional or warranted behavior. Once inside, I stated that I wanted to pay cash for the rental. Another employee by the name of Debbie was there this day and a couple times previously, I had dealt with her for my rental needs and had never had a problem. He then told me that my total would be $90.64, I gave him two fifty dollar bills and sixtyfour cents. He walk over to another register and gave me a ten dollar bill for my change back. He gave me a recipt and I left. I called back on Wednesday Feb 9, and spoke with Debbie about credit of the two hundred dollars being not posted on my account and she said that it takes three days for it to post. So I didnt check my account again until Sunday evening and it still wasnt applied back to my account, but there was a additonal charge for $90.64 and I found this odd, knowing that I paid John cash for my rental. So I went in on Feb 14 to clear up the matter and John got very upset and denied he received cash because the receipt he gave me authorized $90.64 to be taken out of my account. He never changed the payment method and kept my money. When I ask him was he gonna refund my money he states " my drawer wasnt over" and when I asked who takes care of the biling and accounting he said that he does. So I ask who is the manager and he states that he was. And when I ask well, who is the owner, He said that he was. I called the Budget customer service and alerted them to what was going on and the rep called and spoke to him while I was there and she asked him about the situation and he told her, "my drawer wasn't over". Which if I didnt give him any money and I only used my debit, it wouldnt affect his drawer at all anyway. Budget has the matter on record for inquries
