Target Stores Tax Fraud

As a former employee, i call target corp. To get copiesa of my w-2s. Being that i had moved a couple of times, i called for a duplicate to be sent to me so i could file my taxes. After talking to some people who could barley understand me, they then informed me that to get a copy i was going to have to pay $10.00.

I then contacted the i.R.S.in which they said it was illegal to charge someone for w2s.
